General situation: YUYAO FOUR STAR LAMPS CO., LTD. is a company who specializes in aluminum die casting and deep stamping and drawing process for aluminum, brass and stainless steel lamp etc., now it covers 32000 square meters area, including 19000 square meters for factory construction, over 300 employees. Our company has been entitled to engage in import and export business.
Capability: We have the ability to complete overall production process, lamp design, mold design, mold produce, die casting, deep stamping and drawing, cutting process, electrostatic powder coating spraying, inspecting for each process and assembly. We have 12 sets die casting machines with the type of 500T, 250T and 160T, 2 painting and drying lines and 6 assembly lines, yearly production capability tops 4 million sets of damp-proof lamps, garden lamps, lawn lamps and components which are completed by the technology of aluminum alloy die casting, brass alloy die casting, zinc alloy die casting ,hydraulic stretch, spin forming and cold punch forming.
Quality: Since foundation, we have accumulated plenty of production experience and technology ability, full production facilities and exquisite operation technic. We have ROHS test facility to control production quality, QC personnel inspect all process from raw material to component to insure the quality stability. Some of our products have passed UL, GS and CCC.
